- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including expense reporting and invoicing.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for internal meetings.
- Prepare and distribute weekly correspondence and reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
