In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, managing front-desk operations and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and has a keen eye for detail to support our growing operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Receive and sort incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for management.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Provide general administrative support and document filing as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proven proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
