Responsibilities
- General Office Administration: Perform daily filing, data entry, and document management to ensure records are organized and accessible.
- Front Desk Reception: Greet visitors and clients professionally, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, including setting up conference rooms and preparing agendas.
- Communication Support: Draft and proofread emails, memos, and internal communications with a high level of accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and placing orders as needed to ensure the office is fully stocked.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both external clients and internal staff members.
Qualifications
