Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex office calendars, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and professional presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with strict attention to detail.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Support the executive team with travel arrangements, expense reporting, and meeting preparation.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors.
- Process payroll documentation and assist with general administrative audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
