Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Screen and direct phone calls, taking accurate messages and routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services efficiently.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the executive calendar.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure the reception area is well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service to both external clients and internal employees.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certificate in business administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Administrator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
