Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors professionally; Answer and screen incoming calls with a friendly demeanor.
- Data Entry: Enter and update customer and employee data into databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed.
- Communication: Relay messages accurately and coordinate meetings and appointments.
- Documentation: Prepare, sort, and file correspondence, as well as assist with invoices and reports.
- Inventory: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed.
- General Admin: Support the office manager with various clerical tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
