Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and visitors promptly and accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Assist with general administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the reception area in pristine condition and manage office supplies inventory.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and ensure audiovisual equipment is set up correctly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar office support role (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
