- Greet and direct all visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls with a friendly and helpful tone.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist with other general office support duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
