Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Answer and screen incoming calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department promptly.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, confirm, and organize internal and client meetings, including preparing agendas and room bookings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for company documents and personnel records.
- Office Support: Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors warmly, manage visitor badges, and handle incoming mail and deliveries.
- General Admin: Perform various other administrative tasks as requested by management to support team productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior administrative experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over history.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn company-specific software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
