- Greet and welcome guests: Provide a warm, professional first impression for all visitors and clients.
- Data Entry Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and employee information in our database systems.
- Phone and Email Support: Handle incoming calls professionally, screen and route messages, and respond to routine emails.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with filing and document preparation.
- Inventory and Supplies: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent.
- Proven Data Entry Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with proficiency in MS Excel.
- Reception Experience: Previous experience in a front-desk or administrative role is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work full-time hours.
