Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, updating CRM databases and spreadsheets.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes to the appropriate departments.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives.
- Prepare basic reports and compile statistics for management review.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, receptionist duties, or general office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
