Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare, proofread, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy accessibility.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Monitor office inventory and order necessary supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure office efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in office administration or data entry is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
