Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and maintain accurate digital records using proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Process daily transactions, invoices, and client correspondence with precision
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for department heads using Excel and data visualization tools
- Coordinate office inventory management and supply procurement workflows
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and cross-departmental communication
- Train new staff on data entry protocols and office systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or administrative support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills
- 10-key typing speed of 8,000+ KPH with 98% accuracy
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or CRM platforms
