Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Receive visitors and clients in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and distribute correspondence.
- Scheduling: Maintain the appointment calendar and assist with meeting room bookings.
- General Office Support: Perform basic data entry, filing, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Inventory Management: Assist with ordering office supplies and maintaining a tidy reception area.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
