Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and ensure timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Perform accurate data entry, maintain digital and physical filing systems, and organize confidential documents.
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, ensuring a professional reception area experience.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute post-meeting summaries.
- Assist with basic office management tasks, including inventory tracking and supply ordering.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
