Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome all guests and clients warmly, manage the reception area to maintain a professional and organized appearance.
- Phone Management: Answer a multi-line phone system professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages or transfer inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, photocopying, and maintaining the office supply inventory.
- Mail & Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming and outgoing mail and packages in a timely manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to both visitors and internal staff, answering questions and directing traffic within the office.
- Scheduling Assistance: Support the team with basic scheduling tasks, calendar management, and appointment reminders.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are looking for a great attitude and a strong work ethic; we will train the right candidate.
- Professionalism: A friendly, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions clearly.
