Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with data entry, expense reporting, and inventory tracking.
- Support the office manager with daily operational tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
