- Sort and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Associate, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
