What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming calls, screen and route them, and take accurate messages.
- Handle email correspondence, draft responses, and maintain the company inbox.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the front desk is fully equipped.
- Act as a liaison between different departments and answer general inquiries.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Administrator is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
