- Manage the front desk operations, greeting visitors warmly and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and screen incoming calls with a professional tone, transferring or taking messages as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and courier deliveries efficiently.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating customer records and maintaining filing systems.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and ordering office supplies.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available for full-time hours immediately.
