Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage the reception area, including mail sorting, package handling, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare necessary materials for internal meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Assistant is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and handle a multi-line phone system.
