Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
- Screen and greet visitors, vendors, and clients in a timely and friendly manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including package processing and distribution.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior receptionist experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front-desk or administrative support role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
