- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, package deliveries, and maintain the reception area.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date office records and filing systems.
- Customer Relations: Assist guests with directions and inquiries to ensure a seamless experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone voice.
