- Administrative Support: Sort and distribute mail, handle packages, and perform data entry tasks.
- Inventory: Maintain office supplies and manage reception equipment.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
