- Schedule appointments and maintain digital calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with administrative tasks like document preparation and supply inventory
- Collaborate with department heads to coordinate meetings and events
- Support HR functions with onboarding paperwork and employee records
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or administrative experience
- Proven data entry proficiency with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
