Responsibilities

- Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining the office database.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for management staff.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and prepare necessary materials for internal meetings.
- Act as a point of contact for general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
