Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors, patients, and clients with a warm and professional demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, routing them to the appropriate departments or staff members while taking detailed messages.
  • Scheduling: Manage calendars and appointment schedules for medical staff and providers, ensuring optimal time management and minimal no-shows.
  • Administrative Support: Handle patient check-ins, verify insurance information, and maintain accurate patient records in our electronic health record system (EHR).

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience in a medical or corporate setting preferred.
