Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors, clients, and vendors.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls with a polite and professional demeanor, routing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Greet and assist guests, providing directions and information as needed to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support daily office functions and special projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college or business administration coursework is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative support role is preferred.
