Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff with a focus on flexibility.
- Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Assist in tracking project milestones and maintaining project documentation.
- Office Administration: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain internal databases and records efficiently.
Qualifications
