Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome Visitors: Professionally welcome guests, determine their business purpose, and escort them to the appropriate personnel or conference room.
- Phone Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner; take accurate messages when necessary.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Mail and Communications: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and faxes; handle outgoing mail and courier services.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Data Entry: Perform basic administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining digital and hard copy records.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Professionalism: Must possess a polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
