Responsibilities
- Manage daily correspondence including email, phone calls, and internal memos.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and records in both digital and physical formats.
- Greet visitors and provide general information to the public and employees.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and basic accounting tasks.

Qualifications
