Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory as needed.
- Support team members with special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
