- Data Entry Mastery: Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy, updating client databases and internal records.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure seamless information retrieval.
- Customer Relations: Handle customer inquiries via email and in-person, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Office Coordination: Collaborate with the wider administrative team to streamline daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phones professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all client records are up-to-date.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in reception, front desk, or administrative support roles.
