Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance.
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees and maintain employee files and records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements accurately and timely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
