Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume phone lines and route calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry, file organization, and maintain digital and physical records.

- Assist with inventory management and supply restocking for the night shift.
- Generate and distribute routine reports to management.
- Maintain a secure and organized workspace throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
