Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the executive calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, documents, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records in company databases.
- Coordinate office activities and supplies, including ordering inventory and managing vendor relationships.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
