Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and administrative document preparation using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth communication.
- Support other administrative staff with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
