Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet clients and visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and screen incoming calls professionally.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package handling, and general clerical duties to ensure office efficiency.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, filing systems, and databases with high attention to detail.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management and coordinate weekend meetings or events as needed.
- Communication: Draft and edit internal memos and correspondence, ensuring clear and timely communication across departments.
- Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to prevent shortages during business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
