Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous fashion.
- Manage and maintain the company calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings with precision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with care.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining the office supply inventory.
- Assist with administrative projects and special events as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous receptionist or front desk experience is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy office setting.
