- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing and data entry.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus, but not required (Entry Level).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
