Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel or area.
- Phone Handling: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route them, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for the executive team.
- Administrative Support: Handle email correspondence, data entry, and prepare documents as requested.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
