Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Perform front desk duties, including mail distribution and package handling.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate meeting rooms and schedule weekend appointments.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in office support is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
