Responsibilities
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen calls and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Document Management: Handle a high volume of correspondence, draft reports, and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing company events, team-building activities, and client meetings.
- Office Administration: Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure the workspace is fully equipped and operational.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input data into CRM systems, generate weekly reports, and assist with data analysis as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Organization: Superior attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and make sound decisions under pressure.
