Responsibilities

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes to ensure all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; screen calls and respond to emails with professionalism and efficiency.
