Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, updating databases and customer records.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and invoices using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reception, administrative support, or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast typing speed with a minimum of 45 WPM and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
