Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including answering phones, routing calls, and responding to emails with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning to maintain organized records.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including booking conference rooms and preparing meeting agendas and materials.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and internal documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain office inventory and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure business continuity.
- Provide administrative support to management and staff, handling special projects and ad-hoc requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an office administration or support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
