Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors/clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distribution.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking detailed messages and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Prepare meeting rooms and assist with the coordination of company events.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure a fully stocked workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Receptionist is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong typing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
