Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date digital records and databases.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing physical and digital documents.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence with a high degree of professionalism.
- Support the sales and operations teams by generating reports and compiling necessary data for weekly meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area for all guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar data entry role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Fast typing speed with a minimum of 45 WPM and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
