Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in CRM systems and spreadsheets; ensure all information is current and error-free.
- Document Control: Organize, file, and retrieve physical and electronic documents, ensuring strict confidentiality and compliance.
- Communication Support: Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries, routing messages to the appropriate team members promptly.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff.
- Report Generation: Compile data into clear, professional reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, assist with inventory management, and support general office upkeep.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with exceptional accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
