Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate department.
- Answer and screen phone calls, taking detailed messages and routing inquiries efficiently.
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on 99% accuracy and speed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and email correspondence.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the company calendar.
- Handle customer inquiries via email and in person with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or data entry role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
