Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, including updating databases and maintaining digital records.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages for the local office.
- Prepare and organize monthly reports and financial documents for review.
- Coordinate scheduling for internal meetings and external client appointments.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails, acting as the first point of contact for visitors.
- Assist in the inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and copying documents.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or data entry role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to type at least 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
